Requested quote , chased numerous times, waited 6 week when called I was advised I can not get quote as I dont have the knowledge with installation? How relevant is my knowledge to purchase I have listed brands, makes and models and needed quote.Appealing service!!! woman put the phone down on meDo not recommend . I ordered a Doorbird and Birdguard for over 600. I was only told after purchase that one was out of stock. when it came the packaging was damaged unit had a few scratches, I still kept the item. When the following item arrives it again was not in good condition, when it was installed it only works some of the time. Approx a month later I emailed to ask to return one and was told "NO" I only had 7 days! when I waited for over 2 weeks for the two to arrive, how is this fair? As for doorbird take note: It will not work properly over wifi! is a nightmare to connect to the app, doesn't recognise when you leave or arrive like canary cameras, which results in many false alarms. wired connections are also badly designed and not really easy to setup outside with so many wires.
I have been using these guys for just over a year now. The team did a fantastic job installing various systems within my property and their online shop is very reliable and quick to deliver. One of the products I purchased malfunctioned (the manufacturers fault) but Create Automation did not hesitate to replace the item within a few days. Can't recommend enough - 10/10
